When you fill out our form, call, text, or chat with us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, property address, property details, and anything you include in your message. We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard, non-identifying usage data — like which pages are visited and for how long — to help us understand how the site is used. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which receives the name, email address, phone number, and any note you enter, along with the time you choose.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you'd like, to prepare and discuss an offer on your property. That includes contacting you by phone, text, or email after you reach out. We do not send marketing newsletters, and we do not use your information for advertising.
We never sell your information. We never share it with other investors, marketers, or lead-buying services. There is no public listing, no yard sign, and no photos of your home posted anywhere.
Your information is shared only in three limited situations: with the service providers that make our website work (our form processor, phone and texting provider, scheduling provider, and analytics provider), with the title company and other professionals needed to complete a sale if you accept an offer, and if the law requires it.
From time to time, a trusted partner — such as another local buyer, a contractor, or a real estate professional — may be better suited to help with your situation. We will only share your information with a partner if you approve it first. We'll always ask before making any introduction, and saying no will never affect how we work with you.
If you check the consent box on one of our forms (or say yes in our website chat), you agree that New Heights Property Buyers may call or text you at the number you gave us about your property inquiry. Some of these calls and texts may be sent with automated or AI technology, such as an AI assistant that answers questions and helps schedule a call. Message frequency varies.
